Doris B. Cloud, CPA

Doris has a history of providing her clients with excellent customer service. She enjoys providing the personal touch that is missing from many businesses today. Doris is a financial expert with more than 20 years of tax, financial and accounting experience that enable her to effectively serve her client base. The first part of her career was spent with several large multi-national corporations where she held several finance, treasury and business management roles Doris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and has maintained her CPA license in Texas for more than 20 years.

Her extensive corporate background enables her to provide her clients a superior standard of service through access to her extensive process improvement, payroll controls, financial audit, tax and financial metrics knowledge and experience. Additionally, her experience base provides her with the solid foundation and organizational skills that she utilizes every day to ensure that her clients receive the personal touch and technical expertise that they deserve.

Doris' knowledge and experience with large corporations translates effortlessly to small businesses that haven't had the benefit of a large accounting staff to do research and stay abreast of ever changing tax and payroll laws and to adopt new accounting, payroll or office technology to make their work easier.

Paul R. Cloud, EA

Paul received his Enrolled Agent status in early 2014. Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), Enrolled Agents have unlimited practice rights before the IRS. Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mississippi and Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.

Patricia N. Baron

Patty has worked with many of our clients for more than 15 years providing accounting and tax support. Patty received her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from La Salle University.

Leszlie A. Nedelka

Leszlie joined us in January, 2014. She has over 19 years of accounting experience. Leszlie received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi.
